Shez is a BACP registered, Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist. She is trained to work with adults and young people above the age of 16 years. Her approach to counselling is 'integrative'. She is therefore aware of the difficulties and issues which individuals from a South Asian background may face and can relate and empathise with how these issues may impact an individual's mental health, lifestyle and choices.
