Eleni Michael
MA BSc (Hons)

Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist

Eleni’s natural warm and empathic nature, alongside her knowledge and genuine respect for others, allows her to establish a relationship with those that she works with that is caring, secure, confidential, and free from judgement. She offers a therapy that is both therapeutic and progressive in supporting and helping one of the most important people within your world - you.

Eleni has worked alongside many different people that have come from all walks of life, and holds the view that much like our unique fingerprint, no two people are psychologically the same. It is because of this that she works as an Integrative Psychotherapist.

Her experience has shown her that people usually enter therapy with the view of wanting to better their lives in some way, whether that is within themselves, with others, or indeed their life situation. She recognises that although issues such as anxiety and depression can seem situational and bring an individual towards therapy, that feelings such as these can often be located and rooted further back within past experiencing. It is because of this that she believes that therapy can not only offer you the support to deal with your present difficulties, it can also offer an environment to explore the past terrains of your life, so as to help you work through and move forwards towards your future hopes.
