Audra Lee

Psychotherapist, Counsellor & Coach

Sometimes in life, we can feel overwhelmed and unable to cope. These feelings can be triggered by events in our work or personal life, such as a change in working conditions, increased responsibility at work or home, loss of a loved one, relationship difficulties, and life events such as menopause. In some cases, we may not be able to quite put our finger on why we may be feeling the way we do and need help to explore this further so that we can make considered choices for the future.

Audra is a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor who has worked in various industries with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. This experience has enabled her to appreciate the uniqueness of each person and it is why she may draw on a range of approaches to meet your individual needs.

She has a warm and empathetic personality and believes in the importance of establishing a strong, authentic and collaborative relationship where you feel safe and heard. Audra offers an open, non-judgmental and confidential space where you can explore and develop insights into the issues you may be struggling with so that you can consider the options available to you to help you move forward.

Audra offers short term and long-term therapy and has worked with many issues, including anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, stress, relationship difficulties, work related issues, depression, loss and grief, trauma, self-harm, addiction, shame, abuse and sexual identity.
